BCR::ABL1 fusion transcript based ALL MRD by RQ-PCR and ABL1-tyrosine kinase domain mutation testing. Cases: lyophilized cells based wet cases (Task 6).

IG/TR based ALL MRD by NGS. Cases: paper cases and DNA based wet cases (Task 9).
