IG/TR and translocation based lymphoma MRD by RQ-PCR. Cases: paper cases (Task 1) and DNA based wet cases (Task 4A/follicular lymphoma and Task 4B/mantle cell lymphoma).

KMT2A rearrangements based ALL MRD by RQ-PCR. Cases: DNA based wet cases (Task 5).

BCR::ABL1 fusion transcript based ALL MRD by RQ-PCR and ABL1-tyrosine kinase domain mutation testing. Cases: paper cases and lyophilized cells based wet cases (Task 6).

IG/TR based ALL MRD by dPCR. Cases: DNA based wet cases (Task 7).

IG and translocation based lymphoma MRD by dPCR. Cases: DNA based wet cases (Task 8A/follicular lymphoma and Task 8B/mantle cell lymphoma).

IG/TR based ALL MRD by NGS. Cases: paper cases and DNA based wet cases (Task 9).
